Personal Banking Advisor – Permanent, part‐time (Westpac Westfield Bondi Junction branch)
Hours
* Tuesday: 8:45 am – 4:30 pm
* Wednesday: 8:45 am – 4:30 pm
* Thursday: 8:45 am – 4:30 pm
* Friday: 8:45 am – 4:30 pm
* Saturday: 9:30 am – 2:30 pm
Responsibilities
* Welcome customers, engage in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
* Utilise product knowledge to advise customers in‐person and over the telephone.
* Refer customers to specialised banking teams when required.
* Maintain accurate financial transactions and cash handling.
* Work towards sales and referral targets.
* Provide excellent customer service and support.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Customer service and sales experience, preferably in a customer‐facing or phone‐based role with a track record of meeting targets.
* Resilience and composure in challenging situations.
* Comfortable with sales/referral targets and customer calls.
* Numerical capability, including proficiency in cash handling and counting.
* Energetic personality and genuine passion for helping people.
* Willingness to learn new banking procedures and technologies.
