Administrative Support Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to provide high-level support to our Director of Customer Interactions. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, with a strong ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. They will also have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare meeting minutes, presentations, memos and reports.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, efficient and effective in their work. They will need to be able to coordinate team meetings, conferences and events, as well as monitor upcoming team milestones, activities and events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Customer Interactions.
* Manage their diary and coordinate travel requirements.
* Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, memos and reports.

Requirements:
