Pierluigi is looking for an experienced baker & pastry chef to join our team at our BRAND NEW location in Toorak.
Pierluigi is an Artisan Italian Pasticceria with a focus on Italian cakes/French inspired cakes, focaccia, bread and pastry goods.
For this role we are looking for:
• Experience of at least 2-3 years
• Confidence in experimenting, creating recent products
• Confidence & experience in bread making & pastry goods
• Confidence & experience in Italian & French cakes
• Confidence & experience in equipment use such as provers, dough sheeter, ovens etc.
• Knowledge & understanding of food safety and product wastage
• Knowledge of food ordering & stock management
• Displays time management skills
• Displays sense of responsibility & leadership
• Displays cleanliness & keeps work area clean
You must be a perfectionist in your craft and love to create beautiful/delicious pastries & cakes.
