Senior Venue Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced senior venue operations manager to join our team. This is a fixed temporary role that will cover the current incumbent's maternity leave, with the potential for extension.
The successful candidate will be part of an exceptional leadership team driving growth and expansion across the Glenelg region. They will directly manage the year-round Portland Leisure & Aquatic Centre, as well as three seasonal pools.
This key role requires developing and executing operational plans through collaboration with the leadership team. Ensuring provision of consistent quality services and programs to local communities is essential.
Main Responsibilities:

* Support facility managers and staff in delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Maintain high-quality services and programs for the community

Candidates should have a proven track record in venue management, finance, marketing, sales, and relationship development. Strong strategic development and business planning skills are required, along with the ability to build lasting relationships with staff and stakeholders.
