About the Role

* Provide therapeutic intervention to older individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues.
* Conduct assessments, including bio-psychosocial and risk assessments, and track outcomes.
* Facilitate group therapy sessions, such as art and reminiscing therapy.
* Attend regular clinical review meetings, group supervision (monthly), and operational supervision (every 6 weeks).
* Work autonomously, managing your own schedule and caseload.

* Qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing (RN), Occupational Therapy, or Counselling.
* Registration with relevant professional bodies (APA, PACFA, or AASW).
* 1–2 years' experience in mental health intervention.
* A valid driver's license and own vehicle.
* Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR's)
* Ability to work autonomously and stay organised
