As a Future Sales Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team leaders and ensuring a smooth operation in the Sales department.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills whilst contributing to the success of our team.
This role reports to the Team Leader and will have regular interactions with the Head of Sales & Customer Service, as well as the Support and Product teams.
What you'll be doing?
Consulting – Delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst successfully meeting sales targets.
Supporting team leaders to motivate and help the sales team – Work closely with team leaders to provide support in motivating and guiding the sales team, monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Management duties – Handle various management tasks to ensure smooth operations within the team, including maintaining reports, coordinating meetings and training, handling correspondence, and inbox monitoring.
File checking – Maintain and action the file check reports daily, ensuring consultants complete the work correctly and in a timely manner.
Quality checks – Monitor and evaluate the quality of calls and enquiries handled by team members, ensuring adherence to guidelines and standards.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance call handling abilities.
Assisting with training of consultants – Provide guidance and support to consultants, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge, training and skills.
