Job Opportunity: Product and Training Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver engaging training programs and enhance the knowledge and skills of customers and internal staff regarding product offerings – Lens, lens extras and VTS (Digital Centration and Refraction equipment).
* This role involves developing and delivering face-to-face and virtual training sessions on the product portfolio and VTS equipment to optometrists, optical dispensers, and front-of-house staff.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical and application knowledge of the ophthalmic/optometry discipline and experience in training and development, preferably in the optical or healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Training Delivery: Demonstrate and deliver face-to-face and virtual training sessions on the product portfolio and VTS equipment.
* Presentation and Onboarding: Deliver presentations to industry partners and facilitate the onboarding process for new customers.
* VTS Equipment Expertise: Serve as a key user of VTS equipment and provide insights and expertise to enhance training materials and sessions.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Optometrist.
* A strong clinical and application knowledge of the ophthalmic/optometry discipline.
* Experience in training and development, preferably in the optical or healthcare industry.
