New Graduate Speech Pathologist Role

Are you a passionate new graduate Speech Pathologist looking to make a meaningful impact in the community? As a Speech Pathologist at ORS Group, you will be part of a national team providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65. You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.

About the Role:

1. You will conduct assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.

2. You will deliver high-quality speech therapy services to clients.
\
3. You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
\
4. You will participate in ongoing professional development and supervision sessions.
\
5. You will maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required.

Requirements:

12. You must have a relevant degree in Speech Pathology.
\
13. You must have current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
\
14. You must have a genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities.
\
15. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\
16. You must have a driver's license and access to a car.
\
17. You must have a National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
