SNSW Grade: 7/8 - The package includes base salary ranging from $105,986 to $124,957, plus employer superannuation contributions and annual leave loading
Employment Type: Temporary full time for 6-months with the possibility of extension
Location: Flexible work arrangements across NSW. In office presence required as per DCS directive
About the team
The Social Impact teams core function is the delivery of strategically aligned cultural diversity, inclusion and accessibility initiatives, aligned to cultural cohort streams within the Service NSW Cultural Program.

Your day-to-day
As an Advisor you will be responsible for delivering, supporting and coordinating a range of initiatives, both internally Service NSW wide and externally customer and community focused. You will bring your technical and project management capabilities as well as an ability to develop excellent working relationships based on empathy, professionalism and diplomacy to ensure success in this dynamic and diverse role. You will be comfortable to work in fast-paced, changing, ambiguous, complex and sensitive environment. You will bring your passion for diversity and inclusion as well as the desire to impact through meaningful change.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
•Ability to model inclusive mindset and lead inclusive ways of working to demonstrate you value diversity and inclusion
•Excellent ability to manage your own time, plans, take initiative and prioritise work to deliver multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast, team-based environment
•Highly capable of managing through uncertainty and lack of structure in a flexible and agile way
•Excellent can-do attitude, takes ownership of initiatives and manage to completion, engaging stakeholders and communicating effectively along the way
•Willingness to learn, question, research, analyse and make evidenced proposals
•Excellent organisation and administration skills, strong experience in governance and project management systems and resources to ensure effective outcomes are achieved (including competency in Microsoft Teams, Planner, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
