Job Title: Digital Community Builder
* We are seeking a talented Digital Community Builder to develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans through competitive research, platform analysis, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification;
2. Create and curate engaging content (original text, images, video, or HTML) to foster meaningful connections and encourage community members to take action;
3. Moderate user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community;
4. Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance across various platforms and channels;
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices by analyzing data and metrics, and act on insights to continuously improve;
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions;
Requirements:
* Fluent English language skills;
* Proven experience in social media or related field;
* Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills;
* Demonstrable social networking experience and analytics tools knowledge;
