Arete Engineering
has an upcoming vacancy for a part time office administrator/administrative assistant.
The role involves 8-16 hours per week and is on-site in our office in Hobart. The scheduling of these hours throughout the week is negotiable.
The key duties are:
* Accounts payable/receivable and payroll using Xero
* Creating and maintaining our projects using Jira
* Keeping our office policies up-to-date
* Being the first point of contact for our prospective clients via email.
No specific experience with Xero and Jira software packages are required, however you must be able to work autonomously and meticulously to keep all of our systems up to date and compliant. Nice-to-haves are prior administration/office management experience and ability to leverage our project management systems to assist with workload scheduling.
