Job Description
This role involves leading high-profile banking clients on their most critical business issues and implementing effective solutions to address operational problems. Required Skills and Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in a Strategy & Operations consulting role at a leading professional services firm or FSI organization
* Exceptional understanding of complex program management and agile methodologies
* Demonstrable experience working within or consulting for the banking or insurance sectors
* Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and data-driven decision-making
* Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines
