Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager
The Assistant Marketing Manager sits in the Ingredients category and reports into the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience. The role works to bring value to the Ingredients business by supporting the marketing team to build Tirlán's profile as a leading ingredients supplier within the agri, food and nutrition sector.

Responsibilities
* Work with Marketing Managers across dairy and plant categories on the development of compelling written and video content to deliver a cut-through digital marketing strategy for the business.
* Create sales toolkits, marketing materials and presentations to support value creation.
* Develop and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
* Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, events, etc.).
* Interrogate insight platforms to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
* Support the sales team in the identification, logging and tracking of leads to drive business development.
* Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to optimise future marketing efforts.
* Assist in organising and promoting internal and external customer events, webinars and tradeshows.
Requirements
* Degree qualification in marketing or business-related discipline.
* 2-4 years proven success in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Team player with a collaborative mindset.
* Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Adaptable and open to learning new skills and technologies.
