Assistant Store Manager Position
The role of the Assistant Store Manager is to support the Store Manager in driving sales growth, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
This is a dynamic leadership position that requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer experience and increase store productivity
* Lead by example in creating a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and encouraging open communication among team members
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities:
* Merchandise and stock management to showcase our products in line with promotional set ups
* Coach and train Team Members to become top performers
* Provide high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 3 years retail management experience
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction and reducing shrinkage
