TEAM LEADER DISABILITY & INCLUSION

Location: Newman, Marble Bar, Nullagine, and local communities (Shire of East Pilbara).
Employment type: Permanent Full Time.
Annual Salary: AUD $80,342.00 - $91,054.00. Additional benefits include relocation expenses up to $10k intrastate or $15k interstate, living allowance up to $20k per annum, 22% superannuation contribution, eligibility for long service leave, paid parental leave, uniform allowance, employee assistance program, and a 50% discount on Shire facilities & services.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage disability and inclusion services within the Shire. Oversee program development and implementation in community development, health promotion, and social inclusion. Build and maintain relationships with diverse community members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Social Sciences, Community Development, Social Work, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in community development, health promotion, social inclusion, or related fields.
* Strong understanding of social inclusion principles, accessibility requirements, and contemporary issues affecting diverse communities.
* Ability to quickly gain and apply knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 and Equal Opportunity Act 1992 (WA).
* Current 'C' class driver's licence valid in Western Australia.
