This highly rewarding and rare opportunity is based within the Gippsland West region.
You will work closely with New Home Advisors in a support capacity, whilst gaining a strong understanding of the Metricon sales process.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing administrative support to New Home Advisor
* Maintaining a high standard of presentation across display centre
* Qualifying and managing lead activity and booking appointments
* Delivering a first-class customer experience that exceeds expectations
* Working towards the short term goal of managing your own customers and database

The successful candidate will have:
* Lead qualification and conversion - preferred
* CRM or pipeline management - desirable

* Real estate or home building exposure - preferred
Candidates must have the flexibility to travel to multiple work locations. Weekend work is compulsory. Metricon undertakes Police Checks on all successful candidates.
