We are seeking dedicated Assistant in Nursing (AIN) professionals to join our team for casual shifts at aged care facilities in various locations.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for AINs to gain experience in different facilities and locations, while enjoying a work-life balance that suits their lifestyle and availability. The role involves working on a casual basis, with flexible AM/PM shifts available to choose from.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care to residents in accordance with individual care plans
* Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and review processes
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery
* Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident information
Requirements
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Disability
* Minimum 6 months of experience in aged care
* Current police check issued within the last 12 months (or willing to obtain)
* COVID-19 vaccinations including 1 booster
* Flu vaccination
* Previous paid experience working as an AIN in residential aged care
* Local to the area
