Your role, your contribution!
* Deliver outstanding client service by managing workflow efficiently, meeting strict deadlines, and supporting the preparation of financial packages, tax return lodgements, and ATO correspondence.
* Maintain accurate file creation and database management while coordinating administrative processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Act as a key support to accountants, partners, and the wider Client Services team, proactively managing client requests and communication to enable seamless service delivery.
Provide front-of-house support when required, including reception coverage, scanning, filing, and general office administration within a collaborative team environment.
