Your Role: As the Operations and Maintenance Manager at DARC site 1, you’ll lead the O&M team, manage suppliers and subcontractors, and oversee the maintenance of plant and equipment. You’ll ensure seamless operations across all facilities while maintaining security standards and supporting both onsite and remote activities. • Lead and manage the Operations and Maintenance team to achieve operational excellence • Oversee supplier and subcontractor performance to meet contractual and safety requirements • Ensure effective maintenance of power plant, diesel generators, and facility systems • Maintain robust security and compliance within a high-security, defence environment • Foster strong relationships with internal, local, and international stakeholders About You: You’re an experienced and hands-on leader with a strong background in facility operations and maintenance.
