Our organisation is seeking a Territory Manager to lead our sales strategy in the Inner West and Regional Coffs Harbour regions.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales or territory management, preferably within fast-moving consumer goods or consumer products.
They will be responsible for managing and growing sales within their assigned territory, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to maximise penetration.
The successful candidate will also conduct regular store visits to ensure product visibility and compliance with field merchandising guidelines.
Additionally, they will analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a passion for driving business growth are essential qualities for this position.
A valid NSW drivers licence and the ability to travel are also required.
