Salesforce's Public Sector MuleSoft Solution Engineering team is seeking a dedicated and motivated solution engineer to drive growth and success in our government and not-for-profit business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Present Salesforce's integration, analytics, and automation solutions to prospects and customers while handling all technical objections in the sales cycle.
* Conduct carefully planned discovery with stakeholders to uncover specific business requirements and value drivers.
* Work with the extended sales team to develop a differentiated solution, demonstrate it to the customer, and address questions and concerns.
What You'll Achieve:
* Work with government and not-for-profit organisations to understand their challenges and goals through focused discovery sessions and workshops.
* Build and present customised product demonstrations.
* Expertly present and articulate the business value of your proposed solution to business managers and executives.
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases.
* Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills with a focus on storytelling.
* Ability to work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems.
Preferred Skills:
* Australian Citizenship Required.
* Experience in a comparable pre-sales position.
* Federal and/or Not-For-Profit industry experience.
