Rope Access Technicians is a provider of rope access, façade cleaning, maintenance, and installation based in Burleigh Heads.
We work on various projects across QLD & NSW including façade inspections, concrete repairs, waterproofing, glazing, height safety installations, cladding replacement, and full building washdowns. There’s plenty of variety and no boring days!
Most work is for hotels and body corporates, with some construction projects, offering opportunities to challenge yourself and use your skills.
Our business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an additional team member to help strengthen our office team and achieve our goals.

Your role will include:
* Managing day-to-day operations to ensure team effectiveness
* Scheduling tradespeople
* Ensuring quality assurance with pride and excellent workmanship
* Overseeing major projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, high-quality completion
* Managing budgets, reporting, planning, and auditing
* Collaborating with senior stakeholders
What we need from you:
* Strong communication and people management skills
* Pride in your work and attention to detail
* Good computer and writing skills
* Practical mindset and ability to think on your feet
* Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
* Understanding of rope access (desired)
* Experience with façade construction and maintenance (desired)
* Trade qualification (advantageous)
* Experience with job management software like Simpro
