About the Position - Customer Delight

As part of our Patient Care Team, you'll support patients during the 28 days they're wearing a HeartBug heart monitor. We don't see patients face-to-face, all support is provided via phone, text and email to patients across Australia.

This is not a call centre role.

We're looking for someone kind, empathetic and patient, someone who understands that many of our patients are dealing with heart issues or strokes and may feel anxious or overwhelmed. Your calm, caring approach will make a real difference during a stressful time in their lives.

What You'll Need to Succeed

* You'll be great in this role if you:

* Are confident using a computer (we use iMacs in the office)

* Can comfortably multitask for example, talking on the phone while sending text messages through our portal

* Understand smartphones (both iPhone and Android), including apps, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, updates and settings

* Are happy to help patients use the HeartBug app over the phone

* Work closely with our Field Team to troubleshoot patient-related issues

* Respect the systems and frameworks we work within, especially when collaborating with clinics and doctors

* Always take privacy and confidentiality seriously

This is a full-time role, based in the office in Hillsdale, the hours are Monday-Friday, 10am to 7pm. This role cannot work from home or remotely.

You must hold permanent Australian residency / citizenship or equivalent work rights to be eligible for this position.
