The main purpose of this role is to provide accurate physical and chemical analysis, to ensure the efficient operation of the laboratory and to continually help the team's performance. Key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Sampling and testing of concrete in accordance with company procedures and guidelines
- Calibration of equipment and instruments
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting technical and sales staff where required
- Maintaining safe work procedures and following all OHS guidelines
- Certificate III or higher in Laboratory Skills or equivalent
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Sound technical aptitude
- Previous experience in Lab-based roles within the construction industry
- NATA signatory status is desirable
- Ability to prioritise, resolve issues and work autonomously
- Hold a valid Driver's Licence
- Good computer skills
- Have a White Card
