The Role

We're seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Sales & Client Relations Specialist to join our Language Services team. In this role, you will drive new business opportunities while nurturing long-term partnerships with existing clients. You'll manage the full client lifecycle from quoting and invoicing to relationship management, while working closely with both the Marketing Team and the Customer Services Team to strengthen campaigns, enhance client experience, and ensure sales targets are met.

What You'll Do


• Generate and convert new business opportunities.


• Build strong, lasting client relationships and provide excellent customer service.


• Manage client accounts, quotes, invoices, and documentation with accuracy.


• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Services to track outcomes, improve processes, and share client insights.


• Represent Expression Australia at external meetings and events.


• Support business growth through market feedback and stakeholder engagement.

What You Bring


• Experience in sales, client relations, or business development.


• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.


• Ability to manage accounts and deliver on client needs.


• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach.


• Relevant qualifications in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience.


• Auslan proficiency (Diploma or equivalent/native signer) is highly desirable.


• Current NDIS Worker Clearance, WWCC, and completion of the NDIS Orientation Module (can be obtained prior to start).
