Balpara is on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Service Engineer / Officer to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and manage plant maintenance plans and forward work programs
* Analyse asset performance and conduct root cause analysis of failures
* Monitor asset condition data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
* Oversee maintenance activities and projects, ensuring safety, compliance, time and cost requirements are met
* Work closely with field teams, engineers, operations and client stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities
* Identify and implement process improvements to optimise asset performance
What You'll Bring
* Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of industry maintenance practices and safety standards
* Experience leading maintenance programs, projects or initiatives
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* A proactive, safety-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
