They are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join their professional kitchen team. About the Role
Reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard across both lunch and dinner services.
Weekly Roster
Wednesday–Saturday: Lunch & Dinner
Sunday: Lunch
This role provides stability, a supportive team environment, and excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute high-quality dishes with consistent standards
Operate confidently across multiple kitchen stations
Maintain excellent presentation, portion control and attention to detail
Support food prep, service and daily kitchen operations
Follow strict food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
Assist with stock rotation, storage and waste control
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with all delegated tasks
Ideal Candidate
Fully qualified with minimum 2 years' experience in a busy kitchen
Strong work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude
Keen interest in developing culinary skills further
Effective communicator with strong teamwork abilities
Excellent attention to detail and consistency
Able to multitask and manage time well
Able to work confidently without supervision
Experience with kitchen safety and hygiene standards
Holds applicable Food Handling certificates
Available for an immediate start
