**About the role**
An exciting opportunity has become available to join our friendly, fast paced and dynamic payroll team.
The primary objectives of the position are to ensure accurate fortnightly payroll processing for all Council staff, respond to a variety of queries in a timely manner, and provide a range of Payroll and Organisational Development related support and advice to employees & managers.
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the following:
- Chris21 experience required
- Local Government experience will be highly regarded
- Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience
- High level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
- Sound numerical reasoning skills
- Well-developed analytical & interpersonal skills
