Job Role:
A skilled professional is required to assess qualifications in Electrical Engineering and facilitate learner progression within an educational institution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of learners, undertake training needs analysis, and provide coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities.
* Deliver underpinning knowledge sessions to learners either one-on-one or in a workshop format with a maximum group size of eight participants.
Essential Requirements:
* A qualification at Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant field.
* Possess or be willing to work towards an assessment qualification (TAQA).
* Possess or be willing to work towards a quality assurance qualification (401 TAQA Unit).
* Level 2 English and Maths qualifications (or equivalent) at Grade C or above.
* Possess or be willing to work towards a digital literacy qualification at Level 2.
* Experience of liaising with external managers in industry.
* Able to demonstrate a commitment to quality standards within education.
* Competent in digital technologies, including Google and Microsoft products.
* Able to plan and manage own workload, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
