Practice Manager
to join the team on a 3 - 6 month contract basis, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position
Your responsibilities will include leading and motivating staff, managing scheduling and resources, driving process improvements, and maintaining strong communication between teams, clients, and leadership.

* $100,000 - $120,000 + Super PRO-RATA (negotiable)
* Two office locations, Cremorne and SE Suburbs
* Role to be situated in SE Suburbs with potential flexibility to work out of Cremorne.

What do you do?
* Lead and coordinate daily administrative and client services operations
* Allocate tasks and staffing across teams to meet service demands
* Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and systems
* Facilitate effective cross-team communication
* Mentor and support team members in their professional growth
* Track and report on performance metrics, staffing, and operational effectiveness
What do you need?
* 3+ years in an operations or practice management role, with accounting, finance, or advisory services
* MUST have Xero Experience
* MUST have Igniton Experience
* MUST have a proficient understanding of ASIC
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with a talent for process improvement
* A people-centered leadership style, collaborative, empathetic, and culture-oriented
* Passion for workplace wellbeing, culture, and sustainable business practices
