 
        
        One of our clients, N.R.G. First Electrical Pty Ltd, located in Condell Park, NSW deals with all electrical fittings for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. 
They also install security devise for all sectors as well. 
Their work also includes networking Security and access control for contractors and other staff. 
Security installation also needs networking and configuring up for back to base communication and networking installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and support. 
With growth in business, they have a vacancy for full-time, skilled, and experienced Systems Administrator to join their business.
Systems Administrators plan, develop, install, troubleshoot, maintain, and support an operating system and associated server, hardware, software and databases ensuring optimum system integrity, security, backup and performance.
Tasks Include:
o designing and maintaining database architecture, data structures, tables, dictionaries and naming conventions to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data master files
o performing the operational establishment and preventive maintenance of backups, recovery procedures, and enforcing security and integrity controls
o implementing and administering database documentation, guidelines, policies and procedures
o testing database systems and upgrades, such as debugging, tracking, reproduction, logging and resolving all identified problems, according to approved quality testing scripts, procedures and processes
o accepting responsibility for the processes, procedures and operational management associated with system security and disaster recovery planning
o liaising with security vendors, suppliers, service providers and external resources; analysing, recommending, installing and maintaining software security applications; and monitoring contractual obligations, performance delivery and service level agreements
o troubleshooting and providing service support in diagnosing, resolving and repairing server-related hardware and software malfunctions, encompassing workstations and communication infrastructure
o preparing and maintaining documentation, policies and instructions, and recording and detailing operational procedures and system logs
o ensuring that the design of computer sites allows all components to fit together and work properly, and monitoring and adjusting the performance of networks
o continually surveying the current computer site to determine future network needs and making recommendations for enhancements in the implementation of future servers and networks.
Eligibility: 
• Relevant qualification at Bachelor level or higher plus minimum two years’ full- time relevant work experience.
• The suitable candidate will have knowledge, skills, and experience in field.
• Must be Australian resident or have full working rights for Australia.
Salary - $90,000 - $98,000 plus super
