We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the management of school intake areas.
About The Role:
 * Develop and implement strategies to manage school intake boundaries, ensuring optimal student demand across NSW.
 * Lead team management initiatives, coaching, and professional development to build team capabilities and expertise.
 * BUILD COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS AND PARTNERSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO INFLUENCE DEPARTMENTAL SCHOOL PLANNING INITIATIVES.
About You:
 * Experience in developing solutions, leading data analysis with integrity, and presenting complex information to stakeholders.
 * Demonstrated leadership experience, particularly in team management and collaboration.
 * Exceptional communication skills to negotiate with stakeholders and present strategic plans.
 * Knowledge of and commitment to implementing policies that promote quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential Requirements Of The Role:
 * Tertiary qualifications in urban planning, infrastructure planning, or related sectors.
 * Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to public education.
