An established, fully integrated property development and construction group is seeking a Development Finance Analyst to join their growing Melbourne team. Backed by a family-office structure and a strong pipeline across residential communities and mixed-use projects, this role offers excellent exposure across the full development lifecycle.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Estate Master modelling capability and development finance experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
The Opportunity
You'll work closely with senior finance and development leaders supporting acquisitions, feasibilities, project reporting and investment analysis. The role sits within a collaborative finance team and plays a key part in providing accurate financial insight to drive project decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain feasibility models (Estate Master DF/DM)
* Support acquisitions, due diligence and investment analysis
* Financial modelling, forecasting and project performance tracking
* Maintain project accounting alignment and reporting accuracy
About You
* Property development, construction or real estate finance background
* Strong Estate Master modelling capability essential
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
* Accounting exposure (CA/CPA desirable) with strong commercial acumen
* Comfortable managing deadlines in a fast-moving environment
