About the Role
This is a pivotal position where you will shape the way people think, act and respond to cyber threats. You will work at the intersection of communication, change and human behavior, delivering initiatives that build awareness, lift capability and cultivate a strong security-first mindset throughout the organization.
You will be responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of cyber culture, awareness and change programs. This includes collaborating with project managers to assess and mitigate user impacts across initiatives, partnering with internal communications to design and launch organization-wide cyber awareness campaigns, conducting readiness assessments, focus groups and surveys to track engagement and maturity, designing and implementing tailored training experiences, including gamified content, overseeing phishing simulations and promoting uplift in secure behaviors, coaching stakeholders across the business on cyber safety best practices and supporting long-term change strategies including leadership engagement and employee empowerment.
