About you
Foremost, we are looking for do-ers with a self-starting mindset that are tired of the status quo.
Client delivery experience should include advising/ consulting to Government clients on major Defence, ICT or non-materiel acquisition projects.
Relevant experience could be gained across any one or more of the following areas:
* foundational artefacts development (project execution strategies, project plans, and requirements definition),
* document management and control,
* project controls (schedule, risk, and cost),
* project objectives and outcomes definition,
* project initiation, strategy, and delivery structures,
* project management office (PMO) facilitation and engagement,
* strategic writing and communications,
* stakeholder engagement, and
* governance, co-ordination, and reporting.
Experience gained in a well-regarded environment (top-tier advisory or Big4 consulting) will be extremely beneficial.
Qualifications in project / program management and/or a related discipline are essential.
We are seeking applicants across a broad range of experience levels, including:
* Consultant or Senior Consultant level with between 2 - 6 years of experience.
* Manager / Senior Manager / Associate Director level with between 8 - 12 years of experience.
Security requirements
Given the nature of our client work, an AGSVA-issued security clearance is essential.
Applicants must hold an active NV1 (or higher) AGSVA security clearance. Applicants that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
