We offer a range of services including community and centre group based supports, one-on-one in-home and community access supports. We focus on supporting participants to work towards and achieving their NDIS goals.
What You'll Do
Plan and deliver group based supports for centre-based and community groups.
Contribute to developing and implementing participant centred individual support plans to support in achieving their NDIS goals.
Support participants one-on-one within their home and through community access to build confidence, skills and independence to continue living within their community.
Be a positive role model, encouraging independence and confidence.
Work flexibly, providing centre-based, community based and in-home supports.
What You'll Bring
Experience working in disability, youth, or community programs.
Creativity and energy to engage people in meaningful activities.
NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and valid QLD Driver's Licence.
