This role suits someone who knows great food, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and is comfortable being accountable for results.
The Role
As a Fine Food Client Consultant, you will:
Build and manage strong relationships with chefs, restaurateurs, and speciality retailers
Act as a trusted product expert, advisor, and educator to your clients
Present and sell Fino's curated portfolio of premium local and imported foods
Identify growth opportunities and consistently meet sales targets
Host visiting producers and facilitate meaningful client engagements
Stay informed on industry trends and maintain a high professional standard
This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a defined client territory with strong organisation and time management
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure reliable service
Drive sales growth through disciplined account management and follow-through
Represent Fino Foods professionally in all client and team interactions
What We're Looking For
You will bring:
A genuine knowledge of and passion for fine food and hospitality
Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills
A confident, personable manner and the ability to work as part of a team
A valid driver's licence with a good driving record
