Trauma-informed practice training and experience are ideal.The FlexiSpace classroom focuses on providing targeted learning experiences to improve outcomes in reading comprehension, student behavior, and attendance. The teacher should have strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to build effective relationships with students, parents, and staff. A deep understanding of the Q-12 CARF and Australian Curriculum V9 is essential to deliver cross-curricular learning experiences across core subjects such as English, Maths, Humanities, and Science.
