Smarter Outdoors is a successful, family-owned business with significant work across Perth and Regional Western Australia.
We currently require a sales professional to handle customer leads for Roller Shutters and Outdoor Blinds across the Perth Metro to mandurah area. Your days will be spent on the road visiting clients that are pre booked for you by the office staff. you will attend anywhere from 5 to 10 appointments in one day so time management and organiseation is key. Hours are flexable some days starting at 7 other days starting at 9 finishing at 3 other days finishing at 6. we dont work saturdays but if you are keen to make more money we can discuss it further.
we are not the biggest company but we like to look after our staff and you will deal directly with the owners for training and any issues you may have along the way. We like to find the right people and reward them well in their roles.
We do however expect that our team members are reliable and have great attention to detail. Our customers and our reputation in the market are of the highest importance.
Ideally you have:
* 2 years strong sales background with proven negotiating and selling skills preferred
* Measure and quoting knowledge in outdoor blinds, roller shutters, awnings, plantation shutters and potentually solar and lourved roofs for the future
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A smart, clean appearance and have good customer service skills
* Current Australian Driver's License and car ( will be happy to provide a car after a proven trial of 3 months)
