About the Role
As a Liquor Team Member you engage customers by sharing your passion for our products, create memorable moments, promote BWS loyalty programs, manage stock, maintain a safe and clean environment, and uphold alcohol service guidelines.
Responsibilities
* Actively engage with customers and share product knowledge.
* Advocate BWS loyalty programs and communicate benefits to customers.
* Stock shelves to ensure best product availability.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and teammates.
* Uphold all relevant alcohol service guidelines.
Qualifications
* Confident and authentic communication with customers.
* Availability across day, evenings, and weekends.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge.
