Job Description
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients experiencing technical difficulties. You will respond to and resolve customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Respond to and resolve customer requests related to software, hardware, and network operations.
* Accurately document calls and incidents.
* Manage time and workload to meet predetermined service levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Australian citizenship.
* NV1 security clearance.
* Previous customer service experience is preferred.
* Education or relevant experience in Information Technology is desirable.
