ID Athletic is looking for a motivated Sales & Account Coordinator to join our growing Sales Department. You'll work closely with our internal teams and client base of sporting clubs, schools, and organisations, helping ensure customer orders are processed professionally, accurately, and on time.
This is a full time, office based role focused on administration, communication, and customer service. It is not an on the road or external sales position.
About the Role
This is a structured and detail-oriented role that blends quoting, customer service, internal coordination, and account follow up. You will be responsible for managing timelines, supporting a designated list of accounts, and helping ensure internal and external expectations are met.
Time management is critical, as you'll be expected to stay ahead of quote deadlines, coordinate across teams to meet delivery timeframes, and maintain regular client communication to ensure clarity at every stage.
You'll also support the region's budget goals by helping maintain a clear sales pipeline, keeping leads and accounts moving through timely follow ups and support.
We're looking for someone with an open mindset who is keen to learn, develop, and grow with the team as we continue to improve the way we operate and serve our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person showroom interactions
Strong attention to detail while preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing job timelines across multiple accounts
Maintain regular contact with assigned client accounts and follow up proactively
Reactivate previously engaged or inactive customers through phone-based outreach
Track quotes, jobs, and account communication in line with internal expectations
Utilise our CRM system to manage the whole customer journey
Contribute to regional budget goals by supporting pipeline progress and lead follow up
Participate in regular team meetings
Key Skills and Attributes
Strong administration and time management skills
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration or account coordination roles
Clear, confident phone communication
Comfortable in a structured, office-based role
Proactive mindset with a customer service and account support focus
Reliable and confident managing a client list or account portfolio
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work across multiple open jobs
Sales and outreach experience
Strong team player who's open to learning and growth as the business evolves
Australian work rights required
