**About the role**
Our Wellbeing and Injury Management Partner support the B2B and EDN ecosystem by implementing world-class wellbeing and injury management models for our team and customers. You will also be responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of wellbeing and injury management and will role model our purpose, values and ways of working in the business to create a customer and team-first culture in partnership with our leaders. **Key duties and responsibilities
- **Engagement and Communication**:
- To enable and ensure Woolworths values are integrated into the day-to-day care of the Team and Customers, you will liaise regularly with internal and external parties to ensure we are always doing the right thing for our team and customers by providing the best possible care opportunities.
- **Workers Compensation Legislation**:
- Provide technical knowledge and support to the Leadership team around workers' compensation obligations and any legislation changes.
- **Change & Project Management **- Continually listening to our teams to learn what we can do to simplify, make it easier and provide world-class care.
- **Learning & Development**:
- Input into the design, measurement of effectiveness and facilitation as required of relevant training.
- **Team Care**:
- Support and coach the leadership team through the end-to-end process of Early Intervention and Claim Management, involving all stakeholders in the decision-making process.
- **Data analytics**:
- Consistent review of wellbeing and injury management data, highlighting trends, systemic concerns and ways to influence the wellbeing and care of the team in operations and support. Present and interpret the data for the leadership teams.
**About you**
You will have a passion for understanding your stakeholders and mastery in embedding yourself into their world as a trusted and collaborative partner. Your highly refined skills in partnering will position you perfectly to interface effectively with leaders and peers at all levels of our organisation.
- Minimum 3+ years injury management, health or wellbeing experience/ Diploma level or relevant qualifications
- Experience in finding and fixing hazards, incident investigation, wellbeing programs and root cause analysis
- Care deeply, maintain confidentiality and have high energy and enthusiasm for everything you do
- Experience monitoring and embedding injury management and wellbeing processes and systems that drive performance improvement
- Experience working in a high-paced, multi-site environment
