Site Manager / Site Supervisor – Contract (6+ Months)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager / Site Supervisor to join a busy mid-tier builder on a 6-month+ contract commencing in October. The role will be based across multiple education projects in Western Sydney, with a preference for candidates who come from a carpentry background.
The Role
You will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and to a high standard. This position suits a proactive leader who can manage subcontractors, liaise with stakeholders, and maintain programme and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all site activities on education projects
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
* Monitor progress against programme and report to Project Manager
* Ensure strict compliance with WHS, quality, and site regulations
* Drive project delivery to meet time, cost, and quality targets
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor
* Carpentry trade background preferred
* Previous experience on education or institutional projects highly regarded
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and WHS requirements
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
