We are currently looking for a Commercial Manager Parts for our clients that is a parts provider of heavy construction vehicles in one of the Western suburbs of Melbourne. By developing a framework for service delivery in areas such as business operations, quality products and services, and resource management to meet customer needs, you will provide strategic management of Customer Service. You will ensure client satisfaction is maximized through highly efficient, effective, and courteous service by all staff.
You will ensure that departmental legislation is administered with consistency and fairness. By analyzing customer feedback, developing and implementing procedures, and monitoring customer service standards, you will ensure that the customer service team is providing the highest quality of service. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies and tactics to ensure customer service operations are meeting the company's objectives. Finally, you will create and maintain customer service metrics to measure the team's performance and ensure that customer service goals are being met.

**Requirements**:
- 5+ years Spare Parts Interpreting and Customer Service for dealers is highly regarded.
- A high level of knowledge of heavy construction equipment
- Ability to source and stock required parts.
- Experience managing high levels of inventory.
- Strong leadership skills and proven people management skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
