About the role
Reporting to the National Product and Marketing Manager – Bedding & Manchester, and based onsite at the Corporate Office in Homebush West, you will play a key role in managing the end‐to‐end production lifecycle.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with offshore suppliers and factories.
* Manage product creation, sampling, and production timelines across multiple offshore suppliers and product categories.
* Liaise with offshore suppliers to meet critical deadlines and production requirements.
* Coordinate with freight forwarders and the warehouse to ensure timely dispatch and handover.
* Oversee quality control and provide detailed reporting on samples and production.
* Source new fabrics, trims and factories to support product development.
About you
You will have experience in a similar role supporting production lifecycles, along with strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Knowledge of fabrics and quality control processes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
* Experience liaising effectively with offshore suppliers.
