About the Role
Lead a thriving team of educators alongside a full‑time Assistant Director and a dedicated Educational Leader. Shape the centre’s culture, systems and educational approach, while ensuring compliance and fostering professional growth across the team. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with the Area Manager, who has a sense of humour, is well experienced, and believes in the collaborative approach.
What We’re Looking For
* Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood (ACECQA approved)
* Minimum 2–3 years in a Centre Director or equivalent senior leadership role
* Strong knowledge of EYLF, QIP, and regulatory compliance
* Demonstrated leadership with experience in team development and performance management
* Experience with Qikkids or similar childcare management software
* Current WWCC or VIT registration, plus First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certification
* Must have Full Working Rights in Australia
