In the role of Senior Associate, you will join the Client Management Execution team that’s doubling down on customer obsession. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: Assist in structuring transactions : Preparing credit submissions, employing financial modelling where required and making recommendations on transactions to senior management and Credit Mange the risk profile: through monitoring and adhering to compliance requirements of a client portfolio, ensuring portfolio hygiene is of a good standard Oversee workflow management between key stakeholders : i.e. Client Coverage, CME, Product Specialists, Credit and client support teams, to achieve a seamless client experience Proactively support Client Coverage : by identifying new clients, generate valued client and industry insights and business opportunities Coach Associates and junior team members : through exemplary behaviours and role modelling We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers.
