The Opportunity
We are thrilled to announce our expansion into the Gold Coast and are seeking a visionary Landscape Architect to join our team as a founding pillar of this new studio. Working alongside our newly appointed Studio Lead, you will play a vital role in managing award-winning projects, mentoring a dynamic team, and strengthening Arcadia's profile in a sun-drenched location.
By joining us, you'll lead design excellence and foster deep client relationships within a new market and an existing culture that celebrates the unique coastal lifestyle, offering the rare opportunity to do meaningful, high-impact work in a place that respects and preserves the natural beauty of the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing projects from concept to completion as part of a project team
* Develop creative and sustainable design solutions
* Prepare detailed design documentation and specifications
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success
* Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
* 2–3+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture
* Strong design and documentation skills
* Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* A passion for sustainability and innovative design
