Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer hardware and software support services to onsite clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
* Implement virus detection and eradication procedures to ensure a secure computing environment.
* Analyze and diagnose end-user system failures, then implement repair solutions to get them up and running again.
* Detect and fix printer and other peripheral device malfunctions.
* Troubleshoot network devices to guarantee connectivity from PCs to the network.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate desk-side support with a strong emphasis on supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10.
* Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and replacing hardware on Lenovo PCs.
* Expertise in using Active Directory.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including MS Lync, Microsoft Outlook Web Application (OWA), and the Outlook client.
* Experience in resolving wireless connectivity issues.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* VPN experience.
* Basic knowledge of hardware printer support.
* Experience with Symantec products, including Endpoint Protection, Bitlocker, SCCM, and RDP.
